You will receive a tax deductible receipt for amounts of $35.00 and more.

When you have completed you payment please return to the Witherbee web site to complete a short survey so we can serve you better. You will see a button like the one below that is the link back. You may get a warning popup but since your transaction is already completed at paypal there is no information transferred. All your info is safe.

 

To pay for multiple years of membership change the quantity to the number of years you want to pay for at checkout.
